I suggest that a option be added to turn off all the transparent features. I am using your product under Ubuntu and the system is on VMware. It seems that it is impossible for me to enable the desktop effects for some reasons. then your product looks ugly when all the transparent parts are replaced by black backgrounds.

Hey guys,
twhirl is acting weird lately. Whenever I run it, all the answers appear to be new, even though they are not. It's not a huge bug, but it would be certainly nice if you could fix it. I'm on Win 7 64 Enterprise. Cheers!

Having the same issue as David, above. Ever since I downloaded and installed the 0.9.7 upgrade on 11/25, I have not been able to log in. Specifically, I open Twirl, and type in my password, and nothing happens. (If I type something else in the password slot, I get an "Authorization failed" pop-up, so it does recognize my password... It just doesn't get as far as using it to log in.)

I have deleted and reinstalled both Twirl and Air, but doing either (or both) did not solve the problem.

I'm on a mac running OS X v. 10.6.5, intel

I tried using @askseesmic on twitter, but they seem preoccupied with the new seesmic desktop and phone apps, and stopped responding to me at all on 11/29, for reasons I cannot fathom. (See for yourself, here: Twitter / Search - repsac3 askseesmic)

I've been kinda fond of the Twirl application, but I'm about ready to try some competitors, as the support for Twirl thus far has been kinda underwhelming. Please reply via e-mai (repsac3blogs@gmail.com)l, twitter (@repsac3), or here at this post, at least... I'll be waiting... (...and hopefully not figuring out my new hootsuite twitter application by then...)

Your program is working great, just wondering if do you plan to give instapaper support.

Giving the option to save the links instead of opening them in the browser will be awesome.
