(Dont think I didnt try to fix it, I did - I promise ;) The solution: In the doc: Right click and choose "Reset windows" from the menu. That was the magic needed :) OK: To answer my own problem. Now Twhirl seem to be stuck in that position, I can see it through Exposé and move it between spaces, but I can't make it relocate to a positon on my laptop screen :( Do I have to wait until I get back to work to use Twhirl?
